Locality Manager – Northallerton
I started my career for Avalon Group as a support worker in 2004. Little did I know at that time that attending the induction on my 21st birthday would be the most beneficial birthday present I have ever had. Since then I have worked my way up every step of the career ladder to my current position of Northallerton Locality Manager.
I am passionate about the customers we support and the Avalon group ethos. This drives me in my daily work and I take pleasure in seeing our customers achieve and excel in their personal wishes and outcomes.
I enjoy working for Avalon Group and the way the organisation allows people to grow and use their initiative while always knowing that there is someone available for advice and guidance when needed. This works for both customers and employees; no-one is ever truly alone within Avalon Group.
I have two beautiful boys and love having family time, during which we visit lots of different places and have adventures together. When I do get some completely free time for myself I enjoy doing Zumba to keep fit and decorating cakes, which I find very relaxing.
