Hello, I’m Leanne Anderson and I’m the Head of Quality and Compliance. I started at Avalon as a support worker in 2010 and following taking on the role of Locality Manager for York and Harrogate from 2019 to 2022, I have now taken on an exciting new role supporting continual improvement of services across the charity. I love what I do and really enjoy being part of a team that supports people to live the life that they want to and helping staff members to achieve their potential.
When I am not at work I like spending time with my partner Rob and my daughter Izzie, although she is officially an adult now, so I’m not sure that she likes spending time with me!
We have three dogs and like to go for walks in the countryside and stop off at a pub, and then going home to do a spot of binge watching!
