Hi, I’m Mallika Chauhan, Locality Manager for West Yorkshire.
I’ve worked in the care sector for more than 20 years. I’ve been with Avalon Group for two and half years now, and I really love my job – the people I work with and the customer we support.
In my spare time I like to read, go for long walks, travel, and socialise with family and friends. I have a BSc honour in Psychology from the University of Derby and I am a Mental Health First Aider.
I feel the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years helps me in my everyday role to support my team and the customer we support alike.
